Here at Advance we believe in importance of supporting others in their growth and fostering new generations of capable therapists. With that in mind we have set up our professional and financial structure accordingly. At this time we are looking for two additional associates. 

We strive to embody approachability and collaboration in our work with associates. Focus of our clinical supervision is to create a safe environment for associates to explore their strengths and growing edges and become curious about their inner processes that come into play as they work with variety of clients. We aim to assist them in polishing their clinical skills and exploring new interventions and approaches, in learning how to navigate grey areas (which usually do not arise when working at community-based mental health clinics) while considering ethical and legal responsibilities. We also support them in engaging in different marketing strategies and in learning to address administrative aspects such as fee collection, scheduling and records keeping.
